Pablo Scorza has developed a method specifically for climbers. The objective is to minimize injuries as much as possible and thus improve the evolution of a climber long term.
For sports such as climbing, preventive training is especially effective, because the vast majority of injuries are caused by a cumulative effect and the advantage of this is that these injuries can be prevented almost completely. Preventive training also has a direct, positive effect on performance. The exercises improve muscular harmony, the sense of balance, flexibility and self-knowledge of the body. All these skills are directly beneficial for climbing. A well-balanced, coordinated and conscious body is stronger, more precise and more effective in its movements.

Anabel was born in Tarragona in 1985. She began climbing as a hobby in 2006, while also training as a Dietitian. In 2010 she graduated as a Physiotherapist and in 2017 she specialized in Psychoneuroimmunoendocrinology.
